Where Can I Service/Repair My Watch?
Regular servicing and repair can ensure that your watch remains accurate and can extend its lifespan, allowing you to enjoy its functionality and style for years to come. How frequently your watch should be serviced, depends on the manufacturer and model of your watch. To ensure correct servicing and repair, contact your watch manufacturer's service centre or go to their website for more information. At WatchWorks, we cannot repair or service your watch for you as we are watch dealers, not servicers, and we work with many brands of watches which do not share the same components.
How Do I Wind an Automatic Watch?
Winding your watch is an easy task, which involves only a couple steps. To wind your watch, simply unscrew or pull out the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch) and rotate it clockwise in a gentle and steady motion. Rotate it approximately 20-30 times or until you feel a slight resistance. Once done, push the crown back in and screw it down if necessary. For more information, please refer to the video below.
